1 lb Flory's Truckle
Flory's Truckle, Milton Creamery

What is a truckle? Basically, it's a barrel of cheese. Round like a wheel, but taller than wide. Traditionally, old world cheddars are formed in truckle shapes.

Milton Creamery worked hand-in-hand with the Flory Family of Jamesport, Missouri to develop this aged cheddar. We have just introduced Flory's Truckle to the market place. Tasters are already telling us that it makes a fine addition to the family of Musser Cheese.

Due to the small batch production and long aging, Flory's Truckle is available in very limited quantities.

NYC to ATL Cheese Please! July 14, 2016
Reviewer: Tamara Roland from Fayetteville, GA United States
My husband and I just went on a Food Tour of The Chelsea Market in NYC Monday,July 11th. Samples of your cheese at Lucy's Whey Artisanal Cheese were the our favorite samples on the tour and the only food item we purchased there. I managed to keep it cold in the hotel fridge and flew home with it. With delight I enjoyed some today for lunch. I will be ordering more!

Highly Recommend December 26, 2014
Reviewer: Traci Flory from Defiance, OH United States
We originally bought this cheese at a specialty grocery store near Cincinnati, Ohio because our last name is Flory, but I will definitely buy it again!  Delicious!  Everyone at our house loved it and, sadly, it was gone the day we opened it.  YUM!

The web site doesn't say how many years this cheese @ $30.00 lb has been aged, but I've enjoyed the one that was aged for one year @ $18.99 lb and would recommend it.
